User Agreement

These terms govern access to KYOEDU, including accounts, digital practice, reports, notes, bookmarks, and school services.

1. Account registration

Users must provide accurate account information and keep login credentials secure. Access may require a verified email address. Users may sign in through Google, email verification code, or password when these methods are available.

2. Acceptable use

Users may use the platform for lawful educational purposes only. Users must not attempt to disrupt the service, bypass access controls, scrape restricted content, share accounts without permission, or upload harmful material.

3. Educational content

Practice questions, reports, explanations, interface design, and learning workflows are provided for exam preparation. Scores and reports are learning aids and do not guarantee admission, certification, or official exam results.

4. School use

Schools and organizations are responsible for managing authorized users, obtaining required consent, and using student learning information in accordance with applicable policies and laws.

5. Payments and subscriptions

Paid services, if offered, will be described at checkout or in a separate school agreement. Refunds, renewals, and access periods are governed by the payment terms shown at the time of purchase or contract signing.

6. Availability and changes

We aim to provide reliable access but may update, suspend, or modify the service for maintenance, security, product improvement, or operational reasons.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access if a user violates these terms, creates security risk, misuses content, or uses the service in a way that may harm other users or the platform.
