How to purchase
Credits unlock tutor help, reports, premium resources, and advanced practice workflows.
Pick a package
Open My Account, choose Purchase credits, and compare the available packages. Smaller packages are useful for trying tutor questions or extra reports. Larger packages fit students who plan to practice across multiple exams, subjects, and review cycles.
What credits are used for
Credits may be used for tutor support, extra scoring reports, premium practice sets, mistake review services, or school-specific materials when those features are enabled. The Credit details page records balance changes, purchase amounts, deductions, time, and activity reason.
Orders and receipts
My Orders stores purchase status and item information. If payment succeeds but credits do not appear, do not purchase again immediately. Keep the order number, refresh the account center, and contact support so the transaction can be checked without duplicating the payment.
